Never Get the Flu or Cold Again! And How to Protect Yourself

Lately all I’ve been hearing is sniffling, and coughing from just about everyone around me. I can’t even walk past someone without almost getting coughed on. What is it about winter that gets everyone sick? I think it’s mainly the germs that stay preserved from the cold air, because in the summer time the heat kills them and they’re really not active. Luckily for me I’ve had great health (knock on wood) this winter and a couple of winters before it as well.

I had a mild little cold in the beginning of October. The dreaded moment when you just realize you drank out of someone’s cup who is sick! Yup that’s what happened to me. Two days later my throat was hurting and I had that weird sickness taste in my mouth, yuck! I took all my vitamins; zinc, vitamin C and most importantly my Wellness Formula from Whole Foods. Thank God for these vitamins and my healthy immune system because I ended up having just a mild little cold that lasted a day. I wasn’t like that before though.

A few years ago I had the weakest immune system. I literally caught anything that I came in contact with, I was so sick at one point I had bronchitis it was horrible. That was when I started taking vitamins, after while my immune system became stronger and if I did get sick, it wouldn’t last long.  I definitely feel that Wellness Formula really did help.

It is best to take at the first signs of a cold/flu because you either combat what is in your system, or worst-case scenario you might end up getting sick but it won’t last very long. After a while your body can combat just about anything.

Another thing I did to have a stronger immune system was that I programmed my mind in a deep meditative state to develop a filter when it came in contact with any virus. I told my subconscious mind that any virus that tries to enter my body will simply not want to stay, kind of like mosquito repellent. This also works and it is a powerful mind tool. Your mind is incredible and it is limitless. You can do anything with your mind, so if you already meditate try this as well.
